MANILA (30 Oct 2009) – Kada FC made it two wins out of two in the Philippines Football Federation (PFF) Women’s Futsal League 2009 to stay top of Group A.
After winning 10-1 over Assumption in the first match of the season, Kada FC then scored a 6-3 victory over Los Borrachos in their second game last week.
Second at the table is Assumption San Lorenzo FC, who have lost one match and won once thus far.
Following their defeat to Kada FC in the opener, Assumption came beak to win 5-4 over Rizal Technological University FC (RTU).
Third in the standing is RTU while fourth is Los Borrachos FC.
Over in Group B, Philippines Women’s University FC (PWU) are at the top of the standings following their two wins out of three matches.
PWU began with a 5-3 win over Miriam before being held to a 2-2 draw by Halo.
They then recovered to score a 10-4 victory over Montalban.
Second in Group B is Halo FC with Miriam FC on third.
Montalban Ladies FC currently occupy fourth.
