    50 mins : Greatwich -> Gener
    61 mins : Bermejo -> Ott
    81 mins : Gould -> Araneta

    Bela-Ong and Simpron were injured for this game.

    Also, I think Ott has just set a record for Philippine football by becoming the youngest player for the Philippines in a FIFA recognized international aged 17 years and 255 days old.
