The Davao del Norte FA will be hosting the Filipino Premier League Mindanao
Finals from November 19-21, 2010 at the Energy Park Football Field, Apokon,
Tagum City, Davao del Norte. Participating teams are Davao del Norte FA, Davao
FA, Zamboanga del Norte-Dipolog City FA and CDO-Misamis Oriental FA.

what happened to the FPL in Manila? it would be nice if Luzon will have their league, Mindanao and Visayas as well. then the top 4 finishers in those leagues will play against each other... they can call it the Paulino Alcantara Cup?

Why Paulino Alcantara? Half of the players or more than half of all the players wouldnt even know who he was. And it doesnt make sense to suddenly change the name. Keep it like it is. Visayas should be included, but who knows. Maybe Martinez dont want to include Visayas coz theyre against him. HAHA
ReplyDeleteIts still fpl. Like fpl mindanao, fpl luzon and fpl visayas. Then the top teams in each region along with the top teams in lower divisions play against each other for the cup like they do in englnd.
