  1. ampota wtf!!!!

is this really the final squad? it's a 25-man squadm surely that will get trimmed by another two players??

second, let's just say it really is the final roster, it's still a farce!!!

gener is back, margarse continues to be there, pascual who has hasn't been playing club ball randomly gets selected ahead of cuaresma who is first choice for loyola (just because he's cebuano they had to include him??), angeles twins aren't even regulars for their club more so with marvin who's not as good as marwin, mark hartmann who has been playing well and scoring which included a hat trick in the quarter-finals can't even get a look in, araneta aka the smiling dumb ass who can't hit a barn door to save his life, and his team isn't in the cup anymore gets selected once again and finally moy who is also a regular for kaya and has been playing well also can't get a look in!!

    1. Perhaps, its a team strategy to hide the original key players in preparation for SUZUKI CUP 2012, as always, I'm sure the management don't want to expose their best players for the scouting of other national teams specially in group A ...

We have to wait and see if those line-up can move forward and they deserve to be played against the LIONS, the Singapore..

    2. This is mainly a domestic based squad and some of our best players are already there, so this isn't about our 'best players'. let alone trying to hide them. lol.

This is about calling up players based on merit but for whatever reason, a host of players don't get called up on merit.

I think it's safe to say now multiple people are pulling the strings in terms of who gets called up or not which shouldn't be the case!!

    1. But Jonny. It wouldnt have been the first time that Pascual is favoured ahead of Ref. Dont forget wich club Pascual is playing for. Pascual isnt even amongst the top goalies in the country.

Tip for players who wants to play for the azkals; sign up for Global!

    2. ^^It proves that Palami has power when it comes to squad selections!

Come 2013, we need a new coach AND new manager!! End of!

    3. yes that`s true but Ref is now in the 35 man training pool for AFF Suzuki Cup , Pascual is not .

  6. Hope this line-up is for the friendly only and not the final for the Suzuki cup. Skills wise, Araneta, Gener, Margarse and Pascual should'nt be in the final list. Or else this is totally Pinoy politics.

  8. I agree with "Anonymous10 November 2012 08:58". I have not seen Gener and Margarse play in previous games they had.
OJ and Mark Hartmann are much better I believe to be cut.

  9. The real reason that Paolo Pascual is in the line up is because he is Cebuano to help attract more bums on the seats.

    2. Not only that, he also plays for Global FC aka Global Fucking Cunts owned by that fat ass Palami!!

  10. pascual was the first keeper of the U-19 team formed few years ago. he tried out for and made the philippine mens team fair and square long before he knew dan palami.

    1. And who managed the U19 team back then? I believe it was Palami and Tsai. He was suggested to play for the U19 team by his opponents. Then the azkals came to cebu for a clinic and stuff. Palami was there and Pascual was invited, and after that he got offer to play for Global and look now whats happened. Fair and square? I believe not. Angeles bros on the team. Fair and square? I think not. Margarse, Gener and even that old guy which i cant recall his name, fair and square? I think not. There are many shitty players who shouldnt be in the squad. The management do whatever pleases them. Why the hell bring in Margarse and Gener when they dont have the future ahead of them? Does it make sense? You tell me. If they were good as Paul Scholes or as Ryan Giggs id understand, but Margarse didnt even do well for the U23 team.

    2. ^^Spot on. Everybody just loves to kiss Palami's ass because he's seen as some sort of Philippine football saviour! He's seen as a person exempt from criticism/bashing. All of that is obviously a load BS!! Palami should stick to his role within the PFF and president of the Leyte FA.

Once again, come 2013, we need a new coach AND new manager!!!!
