Subject: LOI for FA League Cup 2014
Dear Rely,
First of all, allow me to take this opportunity to congratulate you for your appointment as the new UFL General Manager. I am particularly happy for you, and I am sure I represent the entire team, managers, present and former players, when I wish you the best for this endeavor. We know that UFL has gain a lot by appointing you as its GM. Good luck, it’s our Game!!
Unfortunately, however, the main subject of this letter is to officially confirm that due to an extreme negative financial situation, UIM FC will not be able to join the FA League Cup this time. By the present letter, I would like also to inform that we are dropping all current players from the roster.
I hope that this situation would be temporary and we would be able to join the 2015 Cup and League.

Woah this is sad! But how the hell did this letter get out into the public?!? Unprofessional as hell!
