Japanese striker Takumi Uesato has joined Philippine champions Ceres-Negros FC for the 2018 season.
Uesato was a former player of Japanese club Kyoto Sanga in his younger years where he played for three seasons. He brought his talents to JP Voltes in midway in 2016 after stints in Okinawa and Austria where he spent four years.
The ace attacker scored 16 goals for JPV Marikina in the first edition of the PFL and is largely considered one of the best strikers to play in the country.
He will be a welcome addition to the squad that is gearing to play in multiple tournaments this season.
